Tenure at Heitz: 6yrs.

Heitz Staff Position:  My function is general customer service and adminstrative assistance.  I help with customer reception and insurance information. I make inquiries for customers and co-workers, as well as perform some clerical duties.  Occassionally,  I enjoy assisting customers in choosing frames .

Thoughts on Customer Service: Customer service to me is doing everything  you can to make a customer happy.  If you can bring a smile to a customer's face it is worth it.  You know they will always come back to a place they are welcome.

Personal Data:   I love people!  I try to help any one in need.  I love to read good books, and walking as my way of keeping fit.  Food , I love any kind of food!  ;)
