Tenure at Heitz: 13 years
Thoughts on Customer Service: I Love meeting customers and trying to make a smile come to their face. I want each and every customer to leave feeling happy and satisfied with good service and feeling like we care, which we do. I would like to remember each and every person's name, but unfortunately I am getting older and more forgetful. It makes me sad because our customers love to be remembered. We want them to feel like family here. When I get to the point I can't remember our customers names, it will be the time to retire.
Personal Data: Like everyone, family keeps us hopping and on the go. I have 3 grand children, a puppy that is very high maintenance, plus keeping busy at work.
